What is meant by the concept of employee equality?

The most basic description of equality is a lack of discrimination. It is the fair treatment of people regardless of any protected characteristics, such as race, gender, disability, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or age.

About the trainer:

Eoin O’Connor is a practising Barrister. He was called to the Bar in 2008 and began practising in 2009. He was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2013 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018. Eoin is also a lecturer in the Law School at Trinity College Dublin, where he lectures on national security law as part of the LLM programme.
