1st Year Apprentice

I have only completed the first year and already I have gained so much knowledge, which I have implemented into my working day, including sourcing, presenting, excel just to name a few.

3rd Year Apprentice

Undertaking the apprenticeship in Recruitment Practice, has been so rewarding for me. It has built my confidence as a recruiter, as we have learned from industry experts throughout the course. Topics such as Business Development, Candidate Experience, and Contemporary Issues in Recruitment, and the associated assignments, have allowed me to become the recruiter that I am today.

Former Graduate

All the assignments and content are very relevant to our day-to-day job and the content we covered in Business Development & Client relations has really helped me successfully account manage a new client this year.

1st Year Apprentice

I am delighted to be able to share my learnings from this degree to my colleagues to improve our standard processes and becoming more efficient. Alongside this, I have had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, as I have since been promoted to Specialist since undertaking the degree and I am very excited to see where the next 2 years will take me.
