Membership of the ERF offers individual agencies a range of benefits. Not only do we represent the profession on a local and global level, we also work directly with many government bodies, departments and stakeholders making sure your voice is heard.

We provide a variety of bespoke education programmes for recruitment professionals nationally and regionally, many of which are discounted. Many of these courses are now online and accessible to everyone.

The ERF Skillnet facilitates and delivers discounted training courses, workshops, knowledge-sharing forums, along with funding for bespoke in-house training, to equip your staff with the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise they need to thrive, and help your business grow.

We hold a wide variety of bespoke and topical events throughout the year for recruitment professionals nationally and regionally, many of which are discounted or free.

The ERF Garda Vetting services is one of the key services provided to our members and the private and public healthcare sector. We are one of the top five providers of this service in the country, processing over 40,000 applications annually.
