1Legal Helpline
In conjunction with one of our associate members, Arachas we offer a Free Legal Advice Helpline to all members. A team of legal experts and solicitors are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ready to provide practical legal advice over the phone. The service is managed by ARAG, the legal expenses provider in Ireland. Queries can relate to straightforward questions on employee rights, for example, to more complex queries relating to specific incidents. Their legal team is there to provide the answers and point people in the right direction. Information can also be given on specific and relevant legislation.

This assists members in being up to date with what is required of them in dealing with legal matters. To get access to this benefit please log into the members lounge using your unique ERF membership number.
