ERF Skillnet have teamed up with Positive Prospects to run a new Advanced Candidate Management Training course commencing Thursday 26th May 2022.
Ciara Spillane, the founder of Positive Prospects is a career coach and Trainer with over 20 years’ experience in global companies including Google, Fidelity Investments and Microsoft.
This course will consist of 2 x 2.5 hour workshops – the first commencing on May 26th, with the 2nd, follow up session on June 2nd.
This training is suitable for junior to associate level recruiters.
Specific areas that will be addressed during the training are:
– What candidates want
– How to manage candidates at all touch points
– How to use email/in-house systems for regular updates and consistent communications
– Salary negotiation
– Resignation Prep

Location: Online via Zoom
Duration: 2 sessions in total – every Thursday from 10am to 12.30pm
Cost: €65 per person
