The session will run as follows: 

10am-11.30am: Improve Performance The session will spotlight examples of improved performance, offering valuable insights for participants to absorb. This interactive exercise will guide attendees in creating a personalized blueprint for enhancing their own performance capabilities. Key concepts and figures, including John Wooden and the Pyramid of Success, Nick Saban and his process, as well as Sarah Blakley’s passion and drive for performance, will be explored.

11.30am-1.00pm: Networking The focus shifts to Networking, delving deeper into fundamental aspects such as the definition and improvement of networking skills. Participants will gain insights into constructing a strategic “Relationship Plan,” recognizing the significance of active listening as a crucial business asset. The workshop ensures engagement throughout, incorporating well-timed coffee breaks for a well-rounded learning experience.
