  • – Manage and balance your calls/meeting/emails better to ensure you are hitting your goals/KPIs
  • – Learn how to flag issues before they become a problem and create critical delays
  • – Manage your pipeline effectively – there’s a lot you ‘could’ be doing, but only some you should be doing
  • – Understand the sales process better in order to identify where your clients are in the recruitment cycle
  • – Learn how to identify and effectively manage low touch/high touch opportunities
 

WORKSHOP 2

So you have your weekly plan – now what? This 2nd workshop will focus on the things that are not contributing to your success and how to fix them.
  • – Procrastination – so why aren’t you making that cold call/sending that email?
  • – How to successfully manage and overcome day-to-day procrastination
  • – Disruptions – how to deal with them, how to adapt and how to improve
  • – Identify YOUR ‘high volume’ hours – are you a morning person or work better in the evening – how to build this into your day
  • – Recognising the tasks that suck you into a time vacuum and how to manage them more effectively
  • – How to actively prioritise your daily tasks

**Niamh Moynihan is the creator of the Better Workday Framework and the author of Remote Working Essentials.
