Course Structure: 

The workshop runs as a four-hour, hands-on session with a mix of short briefings, live demos and practical exercises.

Welcome

Introductions, today’s objectives and the current GenAI landscape in recruitment.

• Module 1: GenAI landscape, governance and privacy – How LLMs work, safe and compliant use, EU AI Act and UK guidance explained for recruiters, redaction and bias awareness, and internal policy considerations.

• Module 2: Prompting for recruitment – RDS prompting framework; writing and refining LinkedIn content; extracting insights from meetings to inform candidate comms; generating quick reports using GenAI tools.

• Module 3: Building recruitment agents – What AI agents are, how they differ from prompts, live agent build, governance considerations and use case ideation such as legislation checking and CV review.

• Q&A, summary and next steps – Open discussion, troubleshooting, takeaways and resources to embed new habits.
