Coaching Skills Training

This course is especially for new managers and leaders, or those who are in senior roles and starting to coach new employees. 

Join Ciara Spillane from Positive Prospects for this 4 hour workshop to learn all about ‘how to coach‘ and how to ‘put it into practice‘ on Thursday 2nd November. 

LEARNING GOALS

Attendees will leave the session with:

• – An understanding of a coaching approach

• – Comfort in using coaching approaches in 1-to-1 scenarios

• – Ability to use coaching approach for performance management

• – Coaching skills for motivating / giving feedback

This training is tailored to Recruiters and will use real-life examples. Ciara will have break-out rooms to work through participant examples (anonymous is fine!). There will also be opportunities to reflect individually on the topic and how it can be applied to current situations.

ABOUT THE TRAINER 

Ciara Spillane is a well-established coach with a Masters Sci. Degree in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. She has over 20 years’ agency and in-house recruitment experience for companies like Hays, Google, Microsoft and Fidelity Investments. As well as coaching, she is also a Lecturer in Leadership & Management at the University College Dublin Professional Academy.
