AI, Risk and Responsibility for Recruitment Leaders

Join Mary Seery Kearney (Facilitated by ERF Skillnet) for this 4-part online workshop series.
This programme has been specifically developed for the owners, directors and senior managers of recruitment agencies.
It will give leaders what they need to decide how AI is used in their business, to set the guardrails, policies and oversight that keep it safe, and to respond well when something goes wrong.
The programme is anchored in the ERF AI Code of Conduct, the sector’s own standard for AI use in recruitment.
Participants do not need a technical background.
They will leave understanding:
-
How AI produces its answers and where it fails;
-
What their business is exposed to under data protection, equality and AI law;
-
How AI is now being used to attack businesses;
-
What a leader must put in place: a risk assessment, clear rules for staff, real human oversight, and a plan for a cyber incident.
SESSION ONE: Inside the Machine
What is AI really doing, where does it fail and how is it being turned against us?
SESSION TWO: Prompting, Confidentiality & Chatbots
How do we get good work from AI without giving away what we must protect.
And what happens when we put a chatbot in front of candidates?
SESSION THREE: Ethics, Bias & Consequences
What are we exposed to if we get this wrong and how do we assess that risk?
SESSION FOUR: Human in the Loop
What guardrails, policies and oversight must we have, and what do we do when we are attacked?
