This programme is specifically for Department Heads and Middle Managers and will run over 7 morning sessions from Jan 9th 2024 until Feb 20th 2024.

About the programme:

This qualification is designed for Project Managers, department heads and other practising middle managers. It helps in developing skills and experience, improving performance and preparation for senior management responsibilities.
