 Siobhan is the Vice President of the ERF as well as Managing Director of the Noel Group and founding Director of a couple more including Driving Force, Airport Staff, Total Talent and Evolut.

She is a Commercial Leader and change agent with proven, consistent experience in success delivery who has demonstrated a history of excellence in winning and executing Private and Public Sector contracts. Empowered to develop and sign off strategy, acquisitions. Empowered to negotiate and execute commercial contracts; conceive, engineer and provide all resources necessary to execute the successful delivery of operations.

Highly skilled and experienced in Corporate Governance, having held multiple Chairman roles for over 10 years and having led Chambers Ireland Corporate Governance Task Force and Review Committee.
