Bryan Hyland, the Cork based Commercial Director at Morgan McKinley Ireland, has received an Honorary Fellowship from the National Recruitment Federation (ERF).
With over 16 years’ recruitment experience across a range of disciplines, and a background in corporate finance, Bryan manages Morgan McKinley clients in the FDI sector. He is responsible for developing business regionally in Ireland for the global professional services recruitment consultancy, expanding company relationships across the Cork, Limerick and South East markets in particular.
In their ERF roles, Geraldine and Frank address industry development as well as labour market issues such as barriers to employment for certain groups in society, employment legislation, and investment in lifelong education and labour market skills.
Honorary Fellowship is awarded by the ERF to individuals deemed to have made an outstanding contribution to the recruitment industry.
In his role as chair of the ERF regional committees’ group, Bryan Hyland has been instrumental in the growth of ERF membership and an improved membership offering, including professional resources, regional seminars and networking platforms. He is an accomplished business speaker, who has contributed to the World Employment Conference, and also acts as the chair of the Cork ERF conference.
Presenting the prestigious Fellowship award, ERF President Frank Farrelly said that Bryan Hyland is the epitome of the successful recruitment professional, who is an excellent communicator and prioritises the best interests of clients, colleagues and associates, as well as the professionals he represents..

Bryan now joins this elite group that includes, Ken Belshaw of Grafton Recruitment, Frank Collins of Nobox, Barbara McGrath of Brightwater, Colin Donnery of FRS, David Seery Kearney of the Noel Group, Peter Cosgrove, Molly Hynes, Mary B Cremin, and Don Keating, a founder member of the ERF in 1970.
