Michael is a Director in GemPool with full P&L responsibility and focuses on driving the performance of the business. He spends most of his time working with an excellent team of Consultants to grow their skills and ultimately our business. He still keeps a toe in the game and recruits senior level software development professionals.

What really motivates him is working with great people and great clients on some real life recruitment problems. GemPool works with some of the best tech companies in Ireland enabling them to be the best they can be. They are best known for providing very high quality candidates, working in both the permanent and contract markets as well as providing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO’s) services.
