JOHN McNAMARA

John is a High-Performance Coach and the Co-Founder of Performance Nerds. His passion for people, leadership and human performance shines through in everything he does. He is deeply curious and brings huge energy and enthusiasm to his work. Creating connection and actively challenging clients is at the core of his coaching and training philosophy. He utilises the latest knowledge from the fields of coaching, neuroscience, NLP, behavioural science and psychology to shape his offerings in the world of business.

John is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Human Performance & Innovation at the University of Limerick. His primary area of focus for his PhD is decision making in global companies. He is an accredited executive coach, with a QQI Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience. John is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), who are the global standard bearers in coaching. He is a business graduate (BA) from Limerick Institute of Technology, with twelve years industry experience having worked in sales roles with the Smurfit Group and Symantec Corporation.

The skill set honed over the past 15 years has enabled him to work successfully in a 1 to 1 and group capacity with leaders across the globe.
