JEAN O’DONOVAN: Jean has over twenty years’ experience in the recruitment industry and is a Board Director with the Brightwater Group. She personally specialises in the recruitment of senior accountancy & finance professionals. Jean partners strategically with clients, translating deep professional services insight into solutions that anticipate challenges, adds commercial value, and deliver long-term outcomes with confidence and credibility.

YSEULT D’ESTELLE ROE: Yseult is a senior recruitment leader with over 15 years of experience building high-performing teams and scaling specialist recruitment businesses. As Director of Commercial Operations at Engage People, she leads initiatives focused on profitability, operational excellence, L&D, recurring revenue, and long-term scalable growth. She plays a key role in driving the company’s 3–10 year scaling strategy.

Previously, Yseult was a Director at Ambition and AccountAbility Recruitment, where she led specialist divisions and managed major client partnerships, PSA/PSL agreements, and large-scale projects. Alongside leading divisional performance, she remained hands-on in business development and strategic account management. Yseult is at heart a passionate agency recruiter. 

DARRAGH O’BRIEN: Darragh is the Head of Recruitment Operations in FRS Recruitment with over 13 years Recruitment experience. Darragh has worked across Exec Search, IT, Healthcare & Commercial sectors with core experience in RPO’s, MSP’s & Retained Recruitment searches. Darragh Led the FRS healthcare team to Best Healthcare agency at the 2023 ERF awards and the IT team to the IT & telecoms award in 2024 & 2025.

MIKE MCDONAGH: Mike is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Sigmar Recruitment, where he has worked since 2020. He is also the ERF’s Chair of Policy and sits on the Executive Committee.
