The ERF are delighted to introduce as part of our education portfolio a new 2-day training course for Leaders & Managers, in partnership with Ancora.

This new much-needed course based on feedback from the recruitment profession has been specifically designed for managers in recruitment.

The “StepUp B.A.S.E” Management Programme has been designed for managers to learn how to work more effectively in the workplace. To recognise their own resources and capabilities enabling them to work to their full potential. B.A.S.E. represents the 4 Modules:
