About the Trainer:
David Kearney is a Director of The HR Brief Limited and specialises in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Health and Safety Management and Data Protection Law, providing consultancy services to a variety of industries, construction, manufacturing, recruitment and the voluntary sector.
David has a Degree in Social Science from UCD, postgraduate higher diplomas in Management, Change Management, Human Resources, Health and Safety, and most recently has acquired an Advanced Diploma in Data Law from the Honourable Society of Kings Inns. David has also qualified in ISO Compliance and has provided consultancy services extensively as Director of his own company for over 15 years.
David is a member of a number of professional bodies including the International Association of Privacy Practitioners, Irish Data Protection Officers Organisation and the Institute of Directors in Ireland. David is an honorary Fellow of the National Recruitment Federation.
David is a lecturer and tutor in Labour Law, Human Resources, Employment and Health, Safety and Welfare Compliance and is an ISOH registered practitioner providing industry training in negotiation, conflict resolution and industrial relations in a variety of arenas.
