ERF Cancellation Policy 

General Policy:

All ticket/course sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event/course date.

 

Cancellation Requests:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to anna@erfireland.com and must include the company name, name of the person who booked the tickets, course/event name, and relevant invoice number.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

  • In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., extreme medical emergencies, natural disasters), a credit note for future events may be issued at the discretion of the event organizer. Documentation may be required.

 

Course/Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the course/event, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund.

 

Rescheduled Courses/Events:

If the course/event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement of the new date.
