Commercial Director, Morgan McKinley and Vice President, ERF

Bryan currently serves as Commercial Director, Ireland at Morgan McKinley, where he leads Sales, has Legal and Commercial oversight, leads the Groups Key account management program and client services program across Ireland and the UK.

With over 30 years of experience in recruitment, Bryan has directed large-scale recruitment programmes for major multinational clients. He has also built and managed strategic partnerships with foreign direct investment organisations, inward investment agencies, and rapidly expanding companies throughout Ireland and the UK.

Morgan McKinley is part of the Org Group, which also includes Org Advisory and Abtran. Headquartered in Cork, the privately owned Org Group has a strong global presence, with offices across Ireland, the UK, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, India, and Australia, employing more than 2,500 people worldwide.

Bryan is actively involved in several leading organisations, having served on the Board of Cork Chamber of Commerce, is a Board member of Munster Rugby, and holds the position of Vice President of the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF). In addition, he chairs the ERF Regional Committee, supporting the development and growth of the recruitment sector nationwide.
