LYNNE McCORMACK

Lynne began her recruitment career in 2005 in Scotland, specialising in the Oil and Gas sector and supporting both domestic and international markets. She later moved to Ireland, where she worked across a range of projects within the foreign direct investment landscape in Ireland.

Lynne joined FRS Co-Op in 2015 and was appointed General Manager of FRS Recruitment in 2021. In her current role, she is responsible for the strategic growth and development of FRS Recruitment, maintaining a strong focus on quality-driven recruitment solutions for both clients and candidates.

Since November 2023, Lynne has also served as a committee member of the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF), contributing to the advancement and best practice of the recruitment industry in Ireland.
