JO-ANN FEELY

Jo-Ann is a member of AMS’s Executive Committee and the Global Managing Director for Innovation, a newly created function within AMS that focuses on evolving and developing AMS’s service portfolio whilst realising the benefits of technology in an ever changing marketplace; delivering deep Consulting expertise to advise clients on their current and future Talent Acquisition challenges and establishing AMS as the leading voice on Talent Acquisition Technology. 

With over 25 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Jo-Ann joined AMS in 2001 and has had a significant role in growing and shaping the AMS business, establishing the Investment Banking Sector as well as leading and managing global complex outsourcing engagements for organisations such as Credit Suisse and Deloitte.
